AVAILABILITY & PRICING

• Preferred rental period: December 9th through December 25th (17 days).
• Dates are somewhat flexible; the entire month of December is also an option.
• Rate for the 17-day period is $1,990.
• Rate for the full month of December is $3,400.
• A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
