Hello! I am seeking a roommate to sublease a bedroom within this expansive 2200 square foot apartment located in the Sawtelle neighborhood.
The arrangement includes a private bedroom and a private bathroom, along with garage parking and in-unit laundry facilities. Additionally, the room comes with two closets: one is a walk-in closet, and there is a second closet located just outside the bedroom. The space is furnished, though you are certainly welcome to bring your own belongings.
About Me
I am a filmmaker originally from Bombay, India, and have resided in Los Angeles for the past six years. I work full-time in production for Getty Images, various startups, and narrative projects.
Requirements
My requirements for a potential roommate are a credit check, a personality assessment, and an interview. Having rented this home for over two years, I consider it extremely important to be selective about who I share the space with.
The security deposit is equivalent to half of one month\'s rent, which amounts to $1,000.
