Seeking a room or loft space within the Venice area. I am open to sharing bathroom and kitchen facilities with amicable housemates. As a retiree and an artist, my goal is to resume selling my work along the Venice Boardwalk, contingent upon securing local accommodation. An ideal situation would also include a modest storage area for my sales inventory, such as artwork and a folding table. I am willing to pay additional rent for dedicated storage space.
