I am seeking a private room for rent within a house, condo, or apartment. While I currently reside in Orange County, I am planning to relocate to the Long Beach vicinity or nearby communities. Having an attached bathroom is preferred, though I am willing to share one if necessary. My target budget is between $800 and $900 per month, with all utilities included. I am prepared to pay a higher rent for an exceptionally nice room in a desirable neighborhood.

I do not own any pets, but I am comfortable living with yours. I am also open to sharing a home with a family that has children. I welcome all religious backgrounds and sexual orientations, as I consider myself a very open-minded individual.
