About This Job

We are seeking a skilled part-time specialist to manage and enhance product listings on Amazon and eBay. This role demands practical, hands-on expertise in e-commerce platform operations.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, refine, and oversee product listings on Amazon Seller Central and eBay.
• Compose compelling titles, descriptive bullet points, and detailed product descriptions.
• Manage product image uploads and edits (familiarity with basic Photoshop or Canva is beneficial).
• Configure product variations, pricing, categories, and shipping templates.
• Resolve listing errors related to UPC/GTIN codes, GS1 standards, suppression, and compliance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and perform keyword optimization.
• Follow directions accurately and maintain clear communication.

Essential Requirements:

• At least one year of direct experience creating listings for Amazon or eBay.
• Working knowledge of:
  • Amazon SEO and keyword strategies.
  • Setting up parent and child product variations.
  • Addressing listing suppression and resolving errors.
  • GS1, UPC, and GTIN requirements.
• Proficiency in writing English-language listing content.
• Meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Chinese bilingual ability is a plus but not mandatory.
• Preference for candidates in the San Gabriel area; remote work is acceptable.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $17 to $20, contingent on experience.
• Alternatively, a per-listing fee structure is available, with cost based on project complexity.
