Overview:

Our reputable automotive repair company is looking for a diligent and skilled Office Assistant or Secretary to bolster our front office activities. The perfect applicant will possess previous administrative or clerical experience, with additional preference given to those familiar with the automotive industry.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage telephone communications and oversee daily front desk tasks.
  • Coordinate and verify client appointments.
  • Record comprehensive meeting minutes and track resulting tasks.
  • Handle filing, document management, and monitor office supplies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Prepare written communications and manage customer interactions.
  • Utilize digital platforms including Google Workspace, customer relationship management software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Support updates to social media channels and marketing materials.
  • Ensure a courteous and professional atmosphere for clients and suppliers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year in an administrative or office support position.
