About This Job
A management firm is seeking a full-time office administrator or manager with prior experience. Responsibilities will include data entry, processing leases for both long-term and short-term tenants, overseeing move-in and move-out inspections, addressing tenant concerns through a management portal, handling maintenance complaints, coordinating with repair vendors, and following up on overdue rent. Additional duties involve accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and Tagalog, with fluent English and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks is required; familiarity with ComputerEase software is a plus.
- Experience with Buildium or similar property management software is necessary.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage of $22 to $25, with an annual bonus.
- Health insurance is provided following a successful six-week probationary period.
