- Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with final rate contingent upon sales background.

Job Description
We are a Los Angeles-based luxury apparel brand seeking a Sales Assistant to provide support to our management team. This role presents a dynamic opportunity for an individual who enjoys engaging with business-to-business clients and desires to expand their capabilities through paid, on-site training led by an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and manage follow-up for customer orders via telephone, e-commerce platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
- Prepare and ship dropship orders.
- Address incoming inquiries and manage order processing through phone and online channels.
- Exhibit a lively, energetic demeanor and a solid commitment to teamwork.
- Possess some familiarity with social media marketing initiatives and internal customer relationship management (CRM) data entry.
- Work alongside management teams to remain informed about new products, services, and company policies.
Requirements
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
- A minimum of two years in a relevant, broadly defined customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable operating as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong telephone etiquette and self-driven motivation for proactive cold calling to leads is essential.
- A professional with an upbeat, positive attitude who takes genuine pride in their work.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be a respectful individual.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
