Position: Production Representative for a Construction Firm

Location: Encino, California

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and refresh field reports as they are generated.
• Serve as a liaison between sales representatives and on-site crews.
• Deliver client support and monitor pending assignments.
• Utilize customer relationship management software on a daily basis.
• Remain accessible for telephone assistance outside regular hours and on Sundays.

Qualifications:

• Previous background in construction production is desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Must be adept with computer technology.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from $4,000 to $5,000, based on qualifications.
