• The role involves maintaining and monitoring inventory stock levels.
• Responsibilities include communicating with overseas suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
• The position requires sending product samples to customers.
• You will be expected to identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, managing customer accounts, and organizing documentation are key duties.
• Proficiency in Tagalog is considered a strong advantage.
