Job Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience specifically in bar management; general restaurant experience does not meet this criterion.
Must be a local resident living within a two-mile radius of the establishment. This is non-negotiable.
Must possess reliable personal transportation.
Must have a clear legal record.
Non-smoker.
Must be an organized and disciplined individual.
Must be capable of seriously managing a team of 28 employees.
Proficiency in working with Point of Sale (POS) systems is required.
Must possess common sense and the ability to exercise fair judgment.
Knowledge of bartending skills will be given priority consideration.
