Daily Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments effectively.
• Verify patient insurance details and ensure accurate data entry.
• Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes, including payment collection.
• Provide assistance with treatment coordination and planning.
• Ensure the front office area remains tidy and presents a professional image.
• Support the clinical team in fostering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental front office setting is advantageous, though we are prepared to train a suitable candidate.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance procedures is a significant benefit.
• Bilingual skills, particularly in English/Spanish or English/Chinese, are a plus.
