Personal Assistant Position: Weekly Monday Shift
This role offers $23 per hour and is scheduled for Mondays from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Applications are open to female candidates only. The position is well-suited for actors or creative professionals seeking a consistent weekly commitment.
I am a full-time influencer and content creator seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented female personal assistant. The assistant will provide support with household duties, errands, and general life administration. Work will primarily take place at my residence in Hollywood, with occasional tasks requiring travel around the Los Angeles area. As I am also female, I prefer to work with other women, especially as many responsibilities will be performed within my home.
A prerequisite for this role is your comfort in signing a standard non-disclosure agreement to protect privacy and safety concerns, such as my address, schedule, and personal information.
Role Overview
- Basic home organization and light cleaning, including tidying, laundry, changing bed linens, and taking out trash.
- Meal preparation and maintaining weekly household routines.
- Collecting packages, restocking household essentials, and ensuring general tidiness.
- Running occasional errands, such as picking up prescriptions, grocery items, or handling car maintenance.
- Providing airport pickup and drop-off services approximately once or twice per month.
- Managing appointment schedules and conducting light online research.
- Caring for a cat, which involves feeding, refreshing the water bowl, and maintaining the litter box.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, discreet, proactive, and capable of working independently to manage small tasks and maintain weekly or monthly checklists. You will be responsible for monitoring certain items and either notifying me or handling them directly. Examples include scheduling an oil change, replacing air filters, and restocking pantry or cleaning supplies when they are low.
Requirements
- Must identify as female.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver\'s license.
- Must be available every Monday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.
- Comfortable around pets.
- Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
- Able to commute to the Hollywood area.
Previous experience in personal assistance, nannying, hospitality, or a similar field is beneficial.
