Responsibilities

This position is jointly accountable for maintaining store cleanliness, upkeep, and pet safety protocols, in addition to providing direct care for the animals in the store. The role is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for pet owners and achieving successful outcomes, whether through in-person interactions, phone conversations, or at the point of sale. Duties include greeting pet parents and addressing their inquiries throughout the store.
