We are a fast-paced office scheduling appointments for heating and cooling services. Our team is looking for someone like you.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and placing outgoing calls.
- Following up with clients by phone, text message, and email.
- Scheduling service appointments.
- Managing customer correspondence.
- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
What We Provide:
- Hourly wage combined with bonuses and daily cash incentives.
- Base pay starting from $18 to $25 per hour, plus daily cash bonuses and additional incentives.
- Adaptable schedules: Monday through Friday, with options of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend shifts are also available.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with computers and software such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and email.
