PALS., Inc. operates as a community-based program offering support services to adults with Developmental Disabilities across multiple areas in Los Angeles, including Huntington Park, South Gate, Downey, Cudahy, Bell, South Central, Watts, and Long Beach.

The range of assistance provided encompasses financial management, residential relocation, coordination of medical visits, mobility instruction, advocacy, personal hygiene support, community involvement, social skills development, meal preparation, household upkeep, grocery shopping, and comprehensive training in all essential daily living skills.

Position Details

We are seeking full-time and part-time staff members who are motivated and committed to enriching the lives of individuals facing greater challenges. Clients served by PALS are diagnosed with conditions such as Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, and some are wheelchair users.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must possess a valid California driver\'s license.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and valid automobile insurance.
• Must hold current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must provide tuberculosis clearance.
• Fingerprint clearance will be conducted upon hiring.
