Our established CPA firm located in West Covina, California, is expanding its team. We are in search of an experienced Senior Accountant with a genuine enthusiasm for the accounting field, who is prepared to apply their specialized knowledge in taxation, financial reporting, and client relations.

Primary Duties

• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
• Provide support for financial statement audits, review engagements, and associated assurance services.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding tax, accounting, and financial inquiries.
• Effectively coordinate multiple client projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Uphold standards of precision, systematic organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting is strongly desired.
• CPA certification is preferred, alongside five to seven years of experience within a public accounting environment.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Familiarity with Lacerte and ProSystem tax software is advantageous.
• Experience with Quickbooks is a beneficial addition.
• Background in financial statement auditing is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage several time-sensitive commitments concurrently.
• Willingness to work additional hours as required during peak tax periods.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• This role requires on-site presence at our West Covina, CA office.

Remuneration and Perks

• Annual salary range: $75,000 to $90,000, contingent upon relevant experience.
