Mexicali Cocina Cantina is currently seeking applications from qualified and experienced cooks.
The restaurant operates for both lunch and dinner service, seven days per week. The position requires full availability, as scheduling may encompass daytime, nighttime, and weekend shifts. Fixed schedules or exclusive day or night shifts are not offered; candidates must be prepared to work all shifts throughout the week, including late-night hours.
