Demitasse, a specialized micro-roastery of coffee that operates a café in Santa Monica, is seeking an apprentice for coffee roasting and packaging.

The responsibilities for this role will encompass:

• Packaging roasted coffee.
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• General cleaning duties.
• Organizing and conducting coffee tasting sessions.
• Maintaining overall organization within the roasting facility.
• Participating in the coffee roasting process.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

This position is part-time. However, full-time hours can be arranged by combining this role with barista work at our associated café.
