Candidates are required to possess a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. Proficiency in overseeing both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, along with strong customer service skills, is essential. The ideal candidate will be diligent, hands-on, responsible, and well-organized. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, third-party delivery platforms, and associated software is necessary.
