Requirements

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to oversee both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, third-party delivery platforms, and associated software.
