About the Role

Crustacean Beverly Hills is looking for a skilled Line Cook to become part of our upscale, high-capacity kitchen brigade. This position is perfect for a culinary professional who excels in a sophisticated and demanding environment and values delivering uniform quality.

Primary Duties

• Operate a designated station on the hot line, such as wok, sauté, grill, or fryer.
• Prepare menu items precisely and consistently according to the Chef\'s specifications.
• Finish all preparatory tasks required for your assigned station.
• Adhere to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Keep your work area clean and systematically organized.
• Assist the expeditor and maintain clear communication throughout service.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two to three years of line cook experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume establishment.
• Proficiency with wok, grill, sauté, or fryer techniques; wok expertise is highly desirable.
• Capable of staying composed, orderly, and productive during busy periods.
• Dependable transportation and a strong record of punctuality.
• A current Food Handler\'s certification.
