Requirements

• Background in a professional kitchen, ideally within a sandwich or café setting.
• Proficiency in preparing house-made sauces and spreads such as pesto, aioli, and vinaigrettes.
• Capable of producing high-standard sandwiches with consistent quality and precision.
• A leadership-oriented individual able to direct, instruct, and motivate a compact kitchen crew.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Dedicated to upholding cleanliness, safety protocols, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen activities in a busy, congenial setting.
• Supervise preparation tasks, recipe adherence, and quality assurance.
• Contribute to the creation of new menu offerings, flavor profiles, and seasonal items.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with recruitment and training initiatives as the business expands.
