We operate a bustling, breakfast-centric kitchen that caters to a dedicated local clientele. We are currently seeking an adept and productive line cook proficient with grill operations, capable of maintaining both speed and high standards.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate respect, reliability, professionalism, a positive outlook, and teamwork.
• Possess solid grill expertise and must be confident working on the line.
• Ability to perform consistently and with quality during high-volume service.
• Knowledge of Department of Health protocols; a food handler\'s card is a significant advantage.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare various menu items—including eggs, meats, pancakes, and sandwiches—according to specifications.
• Set up and manage the line throughout daily service.
• Keep your workstation clean, orderly, and sanitary.
• Safely operate and clean all kitchen equipment.
