About This Job

Property Management Company in Van Nuys is hiring a Full-Time Handyman to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at its apartment complexes.

All of our properties are situated within the San Fernando Valley, located just five to fifteen minutes from our main office.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in plumbing is essential. This includes pipe repair and soldering, along with valve and stem replacements.
• A foundational understanding of general maintenance and handyman tasks is necessary.
• Candidates must also be capable of performing painting work.

Job Prerequisites

• Applicants must possess their own truck and a complete set of tools.
• Verifiable documentation confirming the legal right to work in the United States is required.
