Requirements

• A record of previous employment or a resume is mandatory.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Detach stickers, lids, and the orange O-ring seals found beneath lids.
• Perform an initial rinse on the interior surfaces before placing items onto the CIP Skid for a more thorough cleaning cycle.
• Thoroughly clean the inside of all liquidators and cooking kettles.
• Adhere to the established protocol for conducting boil-out procedures.
• Clean the cooking deck area as well as the space underneath the liquidator platform.
• Clean overhead piping, floors, and take down spouts from the kettles.
• Brush down equipment, walls, and ceilings; sweep and mop all floor areas.
• Clean the Bag-In-Box machine, fruit slicer, buckets, floors, and the designated dump zone.
• Clean sinks and take out the trash.
