SIT-DOWN AND STAND-UP REACH FORKLIFT OPERATORS REQUIRED! IMMEDIATE HIRING! (BOTH CERTIFICATIONS ARE NECESSARY)

Our warehouse team is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials, handle shipments, and assist with inventory operations in an efficient and secure manner.

Primary Duties:

• Use sit-down forklifts for moving pallets and dock-related tasks.
• Operate stand-up reach trucks or order pickers to access inventory on high shelves and warehouse racking systems.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders according to customer and internal specifications.
• Keep the warehouse area clean and orderly.
• Conduct regular forklift maintenance checks and safety inspections.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies without exception.
• Support inventory management and periodic cycle counting as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Current forklift certification or willingness to acquire it.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with both sit-down and stand-up forklift types.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and standing for long durations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Able to thrive in a rapid-paced work setting.

Additional Valued Skills:

• Familiarity with RF scanning equipment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Understanding of standard shipping and receiving processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations for forklift operation.

Compensation & Details:

• Pay rate is $20.50 per hour, starting as a temporary position with potential for permanent hire.
• Forklift certification is mandatory.
