Warehouse, Building, and Handyman Maintenance

  • Machinery Maintenance and Repair: Diagnose issues, perform servicing, and conduct preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, processing machinery, and other warehouse equipment to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
  • Facilities and Building Maintenance: Execute general building upkeep, which includes repairing fixtures, lighting, doors, and plumbing systems. Carry out regular inspections and maintenance to uphold a safe and orderly workplace.
  • Handyman Responsibilities: Address a range of handyman activities, including carpentry, drywall repair, basic electrical tasks, and assistance with minor projects to preserve the condition of the facility.
  • Emergency and Support Duties: Provide swift responses to equipment failures or urgent maintenance requirements to support ongoing operations. Aid in the installation or enhancement of equipment and infrastructure as needed.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company regulations to foster a secure working atmosphere. Keep precise records of maintenance activities and related documentation.

Job Requirements:

  1. A minimum of one year of experience working as a Maintenance Mechanic, Handyman, or in a comparable facility maintenance position.
  2. Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude with proficient problem-solving abilities.
  3. Familiarity with conveyor systems, forklifts, pallet jacks, and general warehouse machinery.
  4. Demonstrated capability in performing building repairs and various handyman assignments.
  5. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Shift and Working Conditions:

The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required for special initiatives or emergency repair situations.
