Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Paramount, CA
Compensation: Dependent on Experience
Schedule: Second Shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Position Summary
We are in search of a Quality Assurance Technician to carry out product examinations, testing, record-keeping, and compliance verification, ensuring all outputs meet established quality and food safety protocols.
Primary Duties
- Examine incoming raw materials, products during production stages, and final goods.
- Execute verification checks for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and general food safety compliance.
- Accurately complete all quality assurance documentation, including logs and batch records.
- Perform production line inspections, validate labeling, check lot codes, and operate metal detection equipment.
- Document any non-conforming findings and assist in implementing corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing setting; background in the food sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and fundamental food safety regulations.
- Exceptional observational skills and proficiency in maintaining precise records.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, rapid-paced production atmosphere.
- Must be able to remain on feet for extended durations and handle items weighing up to 40 pounds.
