ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete minor repairs involving carpentry, electrical systems, mechanical components, and plumbing.
• Execute general property upkeep and related tasks.
• Possess understanding of pool and jacuzzi maintenance.
• Recognize and communicate the necessity for significant repairs to supervisory personnel.
• Consistently adhere to established safety protocols.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain standards for service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Background in general laborer duties.
• Proficiency in fundamental handyman skills.
• Demonstrate responsibility and reliability.
• Work effectively as part of a team with a safety-focused mindset.
• Capable problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with others.
• The necessary skills and knowledge are typically acquired through prior building maintenance experience. Must be able to exercise common sense and follow detailed, though straightforward, verbal or written directions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with officials, colleagues, and the public in a respectful and polite manner.

Physical Requirement: Strength and stamina to lift and transport items weighing between 5 and 50 pounds.
