Full-time Position

Job Purpose:

  • To offer support across all administrative functions essential for the smooth operation of a medical practice.
  • To sustain elevated productivity and provide effective support in achieving the practice\'s objectives.

Key Duties:

  • Manage incoming telephone calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
  • Welcome patients upon their arrival.
  • Handle filing, document scanning, and general processing tasks.
  • Record patient care services by accurately updating patient and departmental files.
  • Manage patient accounts through the collection, documentation, and updating of patient information.
  • Utilize strong organizational abilities to precisely file and locate patient records.
  • Uphold patient privacy by safeguarding the confidentiality of all personal information.
  • Organize office duties and physician requests based on medical priority.
  • Adhere to practice protocols by thoroughly understanding and following established policies and procedures.

  • Competence in executing instructions provided by physicians.
  • Aptitude for mastering both administrative and clinical duties within a medical office environment.
  • Outstanding capabilities in both written and spoken communication.
  • Exceptional organizational talents and a keen eye for detail.
