Ballard Homes, a residential care facility for men with developmental disabilities, is seeking reliable individuals to join its team. This family-owned business has been operating for more than four decades.

Available Shifts

• Shift 1: Saturday and Sunday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
• Shift 2: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM

The pay rate for these positions is $19 per hour.

Additional Information

• Applicants with IHSS experience are encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification is preferred but not required.
• An online DSP certification course is available.
• A background check is required. Candidates who already possess a DOJ clearance number may be eligible for same-day hiring.
