We are seeking an energetic couple to serve as resident managers for our charming historic apartment building located in the Silver Lake neighborhood. The property boasts an excellent setting. The perfect applicants will possess strong interpersonal and administrative abilities and be willing to undertake hands-on tasks. They will treat the building as their own, maintaining it with care and dedication to ensure it always presents its best appearance. Ideally, one individual works remotely, is proficient with technology, and has a background in customer service, retail, or sales. The other should be skilled in basic repairs and maintenance. Please note, a weekly maintenance technician is already employed for the property.
