Responsibilities:

• Contact leads from foreclosure property lists via phone, text message, and email to identify promising investment opportunities.
• Conduct property previews, capturing photographs and video footage for deal evaluation.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as required.

Requirements:

• No prior experience or real estate license is necessary.
• Must reside in the Los Angeles area.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Foundational sales aptitude.

Comprehensive training and ongoing daily support will be provided.
