About This Job

We are currently looking for an Onsite Live-In Apartment Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in planning and supporting the lease-up and operational management for a brand new 191-unit Mixed Use Apartment building located in Van Nuys.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all real estate transactions.
• Attract new tenants and provide them with necessary information.
• Address and resolve tenant concerns and complaints.
• Renovate and enhance properties to maximize investment returns.
• Ensure timely processing of all maintenance and repair requests.
• Manage, oversee, and train property management staff.
• Uphold and enforce all property and association rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management.
• Knowledge of real estate agreements and lease contracts.
• Strong relationship-building skills with tenants.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• A free apartment is provided as part of the position.
