Overview

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Onsite Manager to supervise a modest apartment complex. This is a live-in position offering complimentary or significantly reduced rent based on your qualifications and experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily property functions and resident interactions.
• Perform routine repairs and upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, flooring, and cleaning.
• Maintain the property in a clean, orderly, and market-ready condition.
• Serve as a liaison between management, vendors, and residents.
• Assist in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, as well as rent collection processes.

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience in property maintenance and repair work.
• A reliable, organized, and professional demeanor.
• Capacity to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Must reside on-site.

Compensation & Benefits
