Carlo Inc. seeks a Part-Time Community Manager for a 31-unit apartment community in Studio City. This role is central to daily operations, resident satisfaction, and enhancing community life. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.87 and includes a significant benefit of an on-site, spacious one-bedroom apartment with a den. This is an on-site position requiring a flexible schedule.

- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or leasing.
- Proven track record in sales techniques and closing deals.
- Strong credit history is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Yardi, RentCafé, or aaalist is a plus.
- Knowledge of California Fair Housing Laws is beneficial.
- Excellent, professional communication and organizational skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to multitask efficiently.
- Professional, positive attitude with a team-oriented spirit.
- Must be willing to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Pets are not permitted in the provided housing.
Primary Duties
- Leasing & Sales: Show units, host open houses, process leases, and manage rent payments.
- Resident Engagement: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and manage lease renewals.
- Property Oversight: Coordinate move-ins/outs, liaise with maintenance, and maintain common areas.
- Operational Support: Assist in daily management, uphold policies, and schedule unit turnovers.
- Communication: Maintain clear dialogue with residents, vendors, and the management team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $17.87 per hour.
