Our client located in the Indio region is looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to become part of their organization. The perfect candidate will assist with various human resources duties, ensuring adherence to regulations and promoting a constructive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, benefits programs, and human resources policies.
• Aid in recruitment efforts, new hire orientation, and training programs.
• Keep human resources documentation current and guarantee compliance with employment regulations.
• Provide support for performance evaluation systems.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• At least three years of professional experience in a human resources generalist capacity.
• Thorough understanding of human resources legislation and established standards.
• Previous human resources experience within the public or government sector is advantageous.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
