A dynamic personal injury law firm located in Winnetka is looking to hire a full-time, bilingual Spanish-speaking Case Manager and Legal Secretary/Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience managing pre-litigation personal injury cases. This includes handling property damage claims, monitoring client medical treatments, maintaining communication with both clients and insurance adjusters, and preparing settlement demands.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is an absolute requirement.
• The individual must be highly organized and capable of managing a substantial caseload efficiently and within designated timelines.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and execute all duties to the highest standard.

Benefits & Compensation

• Benefits are available exclusively to full-time employees.
• Pay is distributed on a bi-weekly or twice-monthly schedule.
• This position is not eligible for remote work.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00
• A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be awarded following a successful 90-day review period.
