Temporary Position in Downtown Los Angeles (On-Site)
A temporary billing specialist is needed for an assignment lasting approximately four to six weeks. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the complete legal billing and eBilling workflow. This encompasses entering and monitoring time for all legal professionals, inputting costs, and generating as well as revising preliminary bill drafts. Duties will also involve producing and submitting finalized invoices and electronic bills, along with managing client, matter, and billing rate details. Proficiency with the Elite 3E software system is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Schedule & Compensation
- The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The offered hourly wage ranges from $34 to $39.
