A civil litigation practice is currently looking to fill a position for either a Law Clerk or a Provisionally Licensed Attorney, with the expectation of a prompt start. The firm\'s caseload focuses mainly on personal injury litigation—encompassing wrongful death claims—as well as employment law matters, including cases of wrongful termination. This role presents an excellent chance to acquire substantial, practical litigation experience. Proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage, though it is not a mandatory requirement. Both current law school students and recent graduates who are admitted to, or are in the process of applying for, the provisional attorney licensing program are encouraged to submit their applications.
