About This Job

Our food production facility in Paramount, California, is seeking a Bobtail Truck Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Job Duties

• Safely and professionally operate a company vehicle, demonstrating skill in handling and maneuvering trucks.
• Transport goods to and from customer sites in compliance with all traffic laws.
• Ensure the safe and correct loading and unloading of all truck cargo.
• Adhere to all company security policies and procedures regarding operational safety.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with our customers.
• Accurately complete all required company paperwork.
• Keep the truck\'s interior and exterior clean and presentable.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance and ensure the truck meets company presentation standards.
• Perform picking, packing, and pallet consolidation tasks within the warehouse.
• Unload pallets and products at customer warehouse locations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess strong communication skills for interacting with company staff and assisting customers.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance, arriving on time and ready to work.
• Ability to understand, receive, and follow directions appropriately.
• Comply with all established company policies.
• Must provide a current DMV driving record.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with overtime as required)
Position Type: Full-time employment
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
