Our client, a prominent producer of specialized precision parts, is currently seeking Manufacturing Associates to become part of their workforce in Chatsworth, California. The position requires individuals to work within a dynamic production setting, managing CNC machinery, executing grinding and assembly operations, and understanding technical drawings to maintain superior quality standards.

Primary Duties

• Run CNC equipment following provided setup documentation and manufacturing needs.
• Examine and comprehend engineering blueprints to verify product correctness.
• Conduct grinding work to meet exact specifications and required tolerances.
• Put together parts utilizing manual tools.
• Ensure correct application of all required personal protective gear.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve daily output targets.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality regulations.
• Handle materials weighing as much as 40 pounds when necessary.
• Show reliable attendance and the capacity to remember and follow directions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or a comparable credential.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent focus on details and collaborative abilities.
• Must be available to work additional hours as required by business needs.

Compensation & Hours

• Hourly Wage: 17.87 to 20.00 dollars per hour.
