Shipping and Receiving Role (Montebello)

About This Job

We are looking for a shipping and receiving associate with produce knowledge to become a part of our energetic team.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks to transport products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
• Operate various types of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handle inventory control and process orders.
• Perform regular inventory counts and help maintain ideal stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational objectives and keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments, checking packages for any damage, and reporting any inconsistencies as required.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience is necessary.
• Experience in operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures and best practices is beneficial.
• Must be able to work well in a team setting and possess solid communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Additional overtime hours are likely.
