Our dynamic telemarketing department is growing, and we are seeking to fill positions for a Room Manager as well as seasoned Telemarketers to become part of our group.

Room Manager Duties:

• Supervise the day-to-day functions of the telemarketing room.
• Inspire the team and oversee their results.
• Monitor lead flow, output, and conversion rates.
• Foster an upbeat and energetic workspace.

Telemarketer Duties:

• Place calls to potential clients.
• Adhere to established calling scripts.
• Schedule confirmed appointments and produce viable leads.
• Achieve steady and reliable output.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Dependable, driven, and focused on achieving targets.
• Previous background in telemarketing or room management is beneficial.
