We are a locally owned and expanding small business seeking a bilingual General Sales Representative who is eager to grow alongside our company.

We are in search of a sales professional, whether entry-level or experienced, who can independently manage leads. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce potential clients to our products and services through phone calls and social media platforms.
• Educate customers on the advantages of our product solutions.
• Prior experience in sales, automotive, construction, or retail management is a plus.
• Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to learn forklift operation.

Client Service and Retention:

• Coordinate client pickup expectations with the delivery schedule.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the unique needs of our clients and the environments that bring them comfort and satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent service and communication with an emphasis on resolving issues.
• Uphold high standards for customer service and safety.
