Position: Construction Equipment Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives to promote and sell our full-size construction equipment to both new and established customers throughout Southern California.

Key Candidate Considerations:

• Do you possess a minimum of one year of outside sales experience? We welcome backgrounds from any industry. Please describe how you achieved excellence and professional growth in your sales role.
• Do you have practical, hands-on knowledge of the construction sector? Familiarity with construction service operations and job sites will be advantageous for building rapport with our clientele.
• The ideal candidate will be capable of initiating conversations, delivering presentations, and demonstrating our product lineup effectively.
• Bilingual skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Candidates are required to maintain a clean driving record and must successfully pass a drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits

Scott Equipment provides a company vehicle, a competitive base salary, and a commission structure. Our comprehensive employee benefits package includes medical, dental, and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and a 401K Retirement Savings Plan.

This is a full-time position, with overtime required as necessary. The base salary is $40,000.00 plus commission.
