About This Job

Our expanding window and door company is looking for an enthusiastic and well-informed Sales Representative to become a part of our team. This role involves a combination of in-house and field sales activities, engaging with homeowners, contractors, and builders to deliver superior products and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with both new and established clients.
• Oversee the sales cycle from the first point of contact until the project is finished.
• Perform on-site visits, consultations, and follow-up communications.
• Create and deliver quotes, proposals, and detailed product information.
• Collaborate closely with the office and production staff to ensure seamless project progression and client contentment.
• Keep precise client records and sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required; background in windows, doors, or general construction is advantageous.
• Familiarity with construction terms, measurements, and product specs is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation for off-site appointments.

Compensation & Schedule

• This is a full-time position involving both inside and outside sales duties.
• We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, dependent on experience.
