Position Overview
This role is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. As a call representative, your primary duty will be to make outbound calls to individuals who have responded to an online advertisement, expressing interest in learning more about a program we offer. You will be provided with a list of leads to contact and sell to, enrolling them in our program. The enrollment requires a down payment of $49.50 to begin a payment plan via Afterpay or Klarna, or a full payment ranging from $150.00 to $199.00.
Compensation and Requirements
The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Additionally, a weekly bonus of $35.00 is awarded for every five orders closed within that week. Some representatives successfully close up to ten orders daily.
You are required to log a minimum of 5.5 hours of remote activity on the dialer (making calls) each day to maintain employment. Performance below this standard may result in replacement. Sales ability is mandatory. All candidates are given a three-day probationary period to demonstrate they can sell the product. Following this, a weekly quota of at least 15 sales must be met.
Resources and Training
Leads are provided at no cost to you. Yesvendors does not charge for leads; we pay you. To begin promptly, you must complete a short, free online sales representative training, which takes approximately 20 minutes. Preference is given to applicants who finish it on the same day they begin.
You must have your own laptop or computer and a cell phone for this job; equipment will not be loaned. You are also required to use your personal Facebook Marketplace account, for which the company will provide payment and training. You cannot have any monetary or restriction issues with your Facebook account to be eligible for this position.
We provide comprehensive training and support. The product involves vendor programs by Yesvendors. After 90 days of full-time employment, benefits become available, and management opportunities with significant salary potential are offered where positions exist.
Work Schedule and Expectations
This is a full-time position requiring a mandatory 30 to 40-hour work week. Calling hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. A minimum of six hours per day must be spent on the dialer. Opener shifts are determined by performance. You must be willing to work 25 to 35 hours weekly on the dialer. Working six or seven days a week is permitted if you choose; more calls typically lead to higher earnings.
This is not a spare-time side hustle. We are focused on generating revenue and require a full-time commitment. Representatives use a CRM, Twilio, Kixie, and Telzio (which tracks hours). Anyone working less than 20 hours on the dialer will be given a chance to correct their schedule or be replaced.
