We are seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Professional to become a member of our team. This role is a full-time opportunity, though we are open to discussing part-time arrangements with experienced individuals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with receiving items for jewelry and watch repairs.
  • Process custom and special orders.
  • Support the team in achieving sales objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional service to foster lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting showroom environment.
  • Manage basic sales, point-of-sale transactions, and daily store operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • GIA certifications are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in jewelry sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A professional, reliable demeanor with a strong emphasis on detail orientation.
  • Must be available to work on Saturdays and during holiday periods.

Schedule:

Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, based on experience.
  • Reimbursement for GIA coursework.
  • Paid vacation time.
