Lifespire Agency is currently seeking certified health insurance agents to undergo comprehensive training for the sale of Limited Medical products, including Minimum Essential Coverage and Short-Term Medical plans. Our portfolio also features supplementary offerings such as dental, vision, hearing, Personal Accident Protection, critical illness, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment policies. Our modern office environment operates in a region with no local competition. Management promotions accompanied by a base salary may become available for suitably qualified individuals.

Role Responsibilities

You will be exclusively handling inbound calls.

Compensation and Benefits

Remuneration is dependent on the sales representative\'s level of experience. Commission earnings range from $750 to $5,000. A $500 draw is provided during the training phase. Employees who remain with the company for a minimum of three months become eligible for benefits. We also provide a bonus framework along with immediate cash incentives.
